She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosalie "Rose" Milner and Richard Milner; and her brother Richard Milner, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Darrell Clevenger of Council Bluffs, Iowa; and her siblings, Jon Milner of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Margaret Pappas of Omaha, Nebraska. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
