He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Pruett and Violet Malone (Frieze); and his siblings, Charles Miller and Melva Malone. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Pruett; his siblings, Samuel Pruett II (Chris) of Somerset, KY, Deb Bachman (Bob) of Council Bluffs, IA, Tammy Weaver (Ron) of Council Bluffs, IA, Mark Pruett (Deb) of San Antonio, TX, Cathy Maddox (Claude) of Delhi, LA, Pam Horihan (Greg) of Council Bluffs, IA and Patricia Brittain; his son Stephen Hollinger (Brittany) of Glenwood, IA; and his brother-in-law Keith Malone. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
