It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia A. Carlin of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Berg and Leta Berg (Haner); and her sister Carolyn Alley. She is survived by: her husband John Carlin of Council Bluffs; her daughters, Amy Gardner (Doug) of Johnston, IA and Kim Haase (Jeremy) of Papillion, NE; her grandchildren, Dylan, Jared, Drew and Connor; her sister Elizabeth Hiers (Dale); and her brother-in-law Al Alley of Council Bluffs.
