She is survived by: her husband David Duval; her children, Richie Lowther (Stephanie), Shannon Hicks (Chad), Jonathan Lowther (Jacie), David Duval and Tim Duval; and her siblings, Rita Eagleburger (Larry), Clyde "J. R." Alstadt, Betty VanAllen, Terri Ramsey (Tony) and Kimberly Theisen.
