Billy J. Sullivan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2024, at the age of 85, Billy J. Sullivan of Council Bluffs, Iowa, born in Van Horn, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cavallaro and Betty Cavallaro (Lange); her husband James R. "Sully" Sullivan; her great grandchild Kaydance; her daughter-in-law Shirley Rychly; and her siblings, Nick, Rick and Mary Jane.

She is survived by: her children, Joseph Rychly (Joyce), Diana Johnson (Dale), Penny Chatterton (Mike), Bill Elshire (Johann), Jody Adams (Scott), Dave Sullivan and Mike Sullivan; and her siblings, Carol Loose (Ed) and Joseph Cavallaro. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
