He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his child Joanie; his mother Janet; his sisters, Kathy Gosehal-Nickols, Julie Warner (Craig) and Karan Rhone; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Davidson (Nancy) and Jenny Elliottand.
