With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melvin Kramer of Clarksville, Iowa, who passed away on May 1, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kramer and Verbena Kramer (Schrick); his wife Donna Johnson; his grandson Joshuah; his siblings, Pete Kramer, Treno Kramer Vern Kramer, Don Kramer and Sylvia Lumm; and his siblings-in-law, Don Reiher, Jess Lumm, Agnes Kramer, Alice Kramer and Jeanette Kramer.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney Kramer (Kathy) of Lonsdale, MN and Barbara Cook (Kenneth) of St. Paul, MN; his grandchildren, Chad Kramer (Meg), Ryan Cook (Ashley), Colin Cook (Melissa) and Mark Kramer (Emily Hunt); his great grandchildren, Adeline, Lincoln and Ava Cook; his siblings, David Kramer of Clarksville, Paul Kramer of Shell Rock and Marge Reiher of Charles City; and his siblings-in-law, Fern Kramer of Charles City and Clayton Johnson (LaVonne) of Floyd.
