He is survived by: his siblings, David Hendrickson of Clarinda and Lisa Allumbaugh (Greg) of Shenandoah; his nephews, Gabe, Lane and Jacob Allumbaugh of Shenandoah; and his aunts and uncles, Carl (Rosie Smith), Ida Smith of Hamlin, Neil (Trish Smith), Terri Smith of Atlantic Iowa, Charles (Sharon Hendrickson), Karen Erickson of Shenandoah, Jim (Sharon Hendrickson), Mary (Dan Whitehill), Connie (Tim Sollars), Arlene (Lanny Woods) and DeLayne Hendrickson of Shenandoah. He is also survived by many cousins, and friends.
