He is survived by: his children, Jean Nelsen (Craig) of Hudson, WI and Bill Utley (Kayla) of Center Point; his wife Kathryn Paul Utley of Clarence; his stepson Michael Paul, MD of St. Louis, MO; his brother David Utley of Iowa City; his grandchildren, Colton Utley, Katie Ward and Libby Ward; and his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Paul, Jennifer Eureka, Stephen Paul, Elizabeth Paul, Alex Paul and Zachary Paul. He is also survived by several step great grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.
