It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Lorene (Carter) Williams of Chariton, Iowa, born in Trenton, Missouri, who passed away on November 3, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Carter and Karen Carter (Sheppard); and her brothers, Jimmy and Donnie Carter. She is survived by: her husband Jon Loren Williams; her sons, Jessy Williams of Kirksville, Kenneth Williams of Lucas and Johnny Williams of Lucas, Iowa; and her siblings, Michael Carter of New Town, Missouri and Christen Woods of Iowa.
