She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Cosgrove Urbandale (Jim) and Mary Lureman Urbandale (Glenn); and her grandchildren, Angie Helstedt Bondurant (Jamie), Kevin Jones Des Moines (Kelsey), Mike Glazebrook Des Moines (McKenzie), Joseph Glazebrook, Alli, Taylor, Lottie, Jonah and Wren.
