She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dyer and Estelline Dyer (Cowan); her husband Max Eugene Lowe; her children, Marilyn Dunkel and Ron Lowe; her great grandchild Cole Smith; and her siblings, Virginia, Clyde, Phyllis, Joyce and Maureta.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Odom of Grimes, Roger (Peggy) of Des Moines and Dean (Mary) of Indianola. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; brother, Gerald Dyer of Corydon; daughter-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pleasantville Senior Center.
