With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gene A. Narber (Chariton, Iowa), born in Lovilia, Iowa, who passed away on January 23, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reed Narber and Lucille Narber (Mosley); and his brother Jerry Narber. He is survived by: his brother Jim; his sons, Brian Eugene (Mark), Greg Arlo (Cheryl) and Gary Lee (Jennifer); his wife Louise; his daughter Kimberly Etter (Jimmey); his grandchildren, Johnathan Etter (Amanda), Kelsey Brackett (Erik), Jami, Katlyn, Nicole, Olivia and Erika Narber; his stepgrandchildren, Kobe, Tyra and Reagen; his great grandchild Benson Arlo Narber; his stepgreat-granddaughters, Angelynne Blagsvedt and Avery Berst; his brother Jimmie Narber (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Joann Narber, Harold (Mary Francis), Leo (Gloria), Donald (Patricia) and Tim Beebout. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Russell Fire Department, Lucas County Fair Board, or in care of the family.
