With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelby Jean Foley of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 1, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andres John and Eva Sarah Stahl (Miller); and her son Michael. She is survived by: her husband Terry Foley; her stepsons, Scott Foley (Karin) and Matthew Foley (Lori); her children, Lori and Mark; her sisters, Judy Hlavinka and Cheryl Regalis; and her sisters-in-law, Monica Mould and Kathleen Buchert.
