He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Hoy and Patricia Hoy (Davis); and his sisters, Deborah Williams, Mary Hoy and Anna Hoy.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn Hoy (Marla), Ryan Hoy, Zachery Everts and Chloe Hoy; his grandchildren, Izzabelle Hoy, Kylena Hoy and Brienne Hoy; and his siblings, Michael Hoy (Pam Jensen), William Hoy (Lynn Cahill) and Margaret Hurst. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
