She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Goins; and her aunt Laura Hosey. She is survived by: her mother Cherie Goins (Braddock); her children, Brandon Goins of Forest City, Kelsey Goins of Britt and Garrett Fosdick of Ventura; her grandchildren, Ryeker and Haisley; and her sister Jennifer Goins of South Bend. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
