Duaine J. Nelson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duaine J. Nelson of Britt, Iowa, who passed away on November 3, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Nelson and Corrine Nelson (Narvick); his sister Jean TerHark; and his grandson Mark Irvin. He is survived by: his son Doug; his wife Beverly Nelson of Britt; his children, Douglas Nelson (Sheryl) of Britt, Michael Nelson (Shirley) of Blairsburg, Janelle Bartz (Ernest) of Iowa Falls, Curtis Nelson (Kammy) of Clarion and Joleen Arnold (Greg) of Pella; and his sister Janet Meyer of Austin, Texas. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
Those in attendance will be asked to follow social distancing guidelines and are encouraged to wear a face covering.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to MercyOne Hospice or the Hancock County Ag Museum.
