It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anna G. Tegtmeyer (Britt, Iowa), born in Bancroft, Iowa, who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ehno Folkerts and Elsie Folkerts (Smidt); and her siblings, Elaine Sleper, Gary, Frank and Ronald Folkerts.
She is survived by: her husband Don of Britt; her children, Karen Tegtmeyer of Johnston, IA, Larry Tegtmeyer (Kathy) of Wichita Falls, TX and Diane Tegtmeyer of Urbandale, IA; her grandchildren, Megan, Andrew and Matthew Tegtmeyer; her sister Wanda Douglas of Worthington, MN; and her sisters-in-law, Janice Folkerts and Karen Folkerts of Titonka, IA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
