We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2020, at the age of 64, Patrick Halligan of Blue Grass, Iowa, born in Davenport, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Halligan and Wava Halligan (Johannsen); and his sister Karen Woolison. He is survived by: his wife Jill M. Hass; his sons, Jacob P. Halligan (Brandi) of Taylorville and Joshua P. Halligan (JaNaye Norman) of Antioch, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Aalexis and Logan; and his siblings, JoDee Holdorf (Duane) of Dixon, Sue Halligan of East Moline, Terry Halligan (Melanie) of Port Charlotte, Mindy Foster (Geoff) of Tempe and Jim Halligan (Lori) of Davenport.
