He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephren Guy and Shirley Guy (Voelkers). He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his children, Richard Moliterno (Jessikah), Carey Privoznik and Melissa Hall (Walter); and his brothers, James Guy (Kathryn), Daniel Guy (Kristy) and Timothy Guy (Becky).
