He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayland Osborn and Inez Osborn; his wife Patricia Graham; his sister Carol Irwin (Dwight); and his nephew Danny Irwin.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Peace (Rick) of Wicklow and Andrew Osborn (Mary) of Chicago, Illinois; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Christian, Spencer, Ali Peace, Connor, Tyler and Kaitlyn Osborn; his great grandchild Atty Mae; and his siblings, Wayne Osborn (Ruth) of Eugene, Oregon and Mary Ellen Jernigan of Baltimore, Maryland..
Memorials can be made to the Pleasant Valley Education Foundation that will be used for scholarships.
