He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy "Dottie" Gull (Speakman); and his grandfather Robert Speakman, Sr.. He is survived by: his pet Odin; his father Robert "Bob" Gull; his stepmother Jan Beckner Gull of Bettendorf, IA; his siblings, Andrew Gull of Davenport, IA and Lauren Gull of Stanwood, WA; and his grandparents, Clark, Lareen Gull of Marion, IA and Mary Ann Chicosky of Millsboro, DE.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given in John's memory to Redeemer Lutheran Church Music Fund.
