Schroeder of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Walcott, Iowa, who passed away on July 21, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo Schroeder and Florence Schroeder (Muhs); his former wife Mildred Karwath; his wife Kathryn Noble Stucker; his siblings, Joyce Jones and Bobby; and his stepson Larry Stucker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Thiessen of Bettendorf, Ron Schroeder (Georgie) of Bettendorf, Larry Schroeder (Judith) of Iowa City, Donna Miller of Davenport and Sue Lux of Davenport; his stepchildren, William Stuckers (Pat) of Cedar Rapids, Carolee Samuels (Brian) of Frankfort and Richard Stucker of Providence; and his stepdaughter-in-law Nancy Stucker of Goshen, Indiana.
Memorials may be directed to Riverbend Food Bank, Asbury United Methodist Church, or to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital.
