Rowley of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Melcher, Iowa, who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul David and Elma Olive Rowley (Schulze). He is survived by: his wife Doerle Nell McRill; his daughter Heather Ann Rowley of Townsend, Massachusetts; and his siblings, Marji Arvin of Lafayette, Mary Rowley of Eatonton, Georgia, Mildred Chackerian of Los Altos and Dr. Thomas Rowley of Hoquiam, Washington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bettendorf Public Library.
