He is survived by: his mother Sheila Smith (Peters) of Bettendorf; his wife Tisha Clark of Bettendorf; his children, Ashley Tyler (Nathan) of Bettendorf, Alexis Smith of Oquawka, IL and Tylee Sterling Anderson of Bettendorf; his grandchildren, Leland Tyler, Patrick Schalk and Sadie Schalk; and his brothers, Ricky Smith (Linda) of Bettendorf and Bradly Smith of Bettendorf.
