It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald A. Goepfert of Bellevue, Iowa, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Goepfert and Mabel Goepfert (Brown); his granddaughter Nicole Goepfert; his sister Arlene Reeves (Earl); and his siblings-in-law, Earl Reeves, John Streets, Bob Medinger and Nancy Medinger.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Marie Medinger; his children, Jerry Goepfert of Wichita, KS, Tim Goepfert (Deb) of Wichita, KS and Missy Steines (Mike) of St. Donatus; his grandchildren, Amber Goepfert (Amy) of Danielle Goepfert, TJ, Cole Schmidt, Courtney Schmidt, Shawn Haney, Lene Haney, Morgan Wilming (Zach) and Drew Steines; his sister Lois Streets; and his parents-in-law, Gloria Medinger, Lorin "Snooks" Medinger and Shirley Schmidt (Leonard). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established in Don's memory.
