With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Junior Paul of Atlantic, Iowa, born in Adair, Iowa, who passed away on August 10, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Paul and Ella Paul (Wedemeyer); his wife Joye Steward Massey of Urbandale, Iowa.; his brother Robert Paul; and his stepson Tom Massey.

He is survived by: his cousin Kevin Wedemeyer; his son Lucas; his daughter-in-law Bonnie Massey Preston (John Preston); his stepson Michael Massey (Yolanda); his grandchildren, Erin Armstrong (Chase), Lora Massey Bullock (David) and Steven Massey (Nadia); his great grandchildren, Elsa Armstrong, Celia Armstrong and Noelle Massey; and his sister-in-law Jean Steward.

Memorials may be directed to the family and will be designated in memory of Junior at a later date.
