Ruby Cowen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Ruby Cowen of Atlantic, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her fathers, Berneice Viola Starlin (Bishop) and LeRoy Starlin; her daughter Tara Konrady; and her grandparents, Merwin, Ruby Bishop, Earl, Ellen Starlin, Hazel and James Earvin.

She is survived by: her husband Donald Cowen; her daughters, Amanda Haack (Nathan) of Emmetsburg, Iowa and Cora Cowen of Emmetsburg, Iowa; her grandchildren, Brayden, Averie, Tyler, KayLynn, Logan, Emily and Andrea; and her sisters, Julia Purcell (Jeff) of Omaha and Lynda Ihrke of Atlantic, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Memorials may be made to the family for designation at a later date.
