He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda; his children, Kathy Travis (Doug) of Lewis, IA and Wade (Theresa) of Atlantic, IA; his grandchildren, Kate Oettchen of Atlantic, IA, Nathan Stone of Colorado Springs, CO, Shawn Stone (Melissa) of Colorado Springs, CO and Jeremy Stone (Kyla) of Atlantic, IA; his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Elena, Everly, Alexis, Landen, Adalyn and Harley; his grandson Kody Havens of Adel, IA; his sisters, Lavonne Sorensen (Steve) of Bargersville, IN and Charlene of Schnulle; his parents, Bernard Oettchen and Geraldine Oettchen (Bales); and his son-in-law Richard Stone.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family in honor of Rodger and will be designated to some of his favorite passions and organizations.
