Linda Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2021, at the age of 76, Linda Smith of Atlantic, Iowa, born in Coon Rapids, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil R. Thompson and Velma Blanche Thompson (Fulton). She is survived by: her husband Eugene Kenneth Smith; her sons, Brian Smith (Jean Young) of Oakland, IA and Brent Smith (Melinda) of Big Lake, MN; her grandchildren, Samantha Smith of Carson, IA, Brandon Smith (Mikala) of Atlantic, IA, Matthew Smith of Carson, IA and Taylor Smith of Winona, MN; her great grandchildren, Justin of Atlantic, IA, Nevaeh of Atlantic, IA, Jorga of Atlantic, IA and Liam Smith of Atlantic, IA; and her siblings, LeAnn and Leon Thompson (Judy) of Audubon, IA. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.

Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation to the United Church of Christ and Hillside Hope in Atlantic.
