With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cg Lindeman (Atlantic, Iowa), who passed away on December 2, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cal Lindeman and Alma Lindeman (Wohlenhaus); his former wife Carol Gray; his children, Alice Ann and Donald Hayward; his siblings, Pauline Martens Schuler (Travis Martens), Martha Lehmkuhl (Grover), Lois Wagner (Harold), Grace Rathkamp (Verlain), Betty Riley (BJ) and Lloyd "Bud" Lindeman (Doris Jane); his nephew Alan Wagner; his niece Jo Riley; and also Lyle Cabeen.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Janet Kay and Karen Jane; his wife Helen Rowan Cabeen; his daughters, Jan Wilson of Hudson, Florida and Jane Lindeman of Hudson, Florida; his stepchildren, Sharon Tyson (Jed) of Wichita, Lori Topham of Griswold, Iowa and Bruce Cabeen (Evelia) of Dumas, Texas; his stepgrandchildren, Riane Shea (Buck) of Topeka, Diana Casteneda-Garcia of Mexico City, Angie, Jennifer, Bryan Cabeen of Dumas, John Mark Topham (Allison) of Griswold, Iowa, Rebekah of Griswold, Iowa, Joanna of Griswold, Iowa and Daniel Topham of Griswold, Iowa; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jeremiah Cabeen, Lyle Topham, Kylie Harsha, Broxon, Remmi and Baylin Shea. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be directed to Gideons International.
