She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Prochaska; and her sister Frances Prochaska. She is survived by: her mother Donna Prochaska (Gengler); her son Alan; her daughter-in-law Akeya Deyo; her siblings, Linda Benegas, Terry Prochaska, Rita Morris and Laura Walker (Jeff); and her nieces and nephews, Kaylea Walker, Kalen Walker, Anthony Benegas and David Benegas. She is also survived by cousins; and all her friends she loved.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501).
