He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bremer and Minnie Bremer (Hesebeck); his siblings, Leonard Bremer, Gary Bremer and Linda Hromatko; his brother-in-law Larry Scheu; and his nephews, Larry Hromatko, Michael Boswell and Mark Boswell.
He is survived by: his sisters, Joanne Patrick of Sibley, Joyce Scheu of Sibley and Mary Boswell (Mike) of Cody, WY.; and his nieces and nephews, LeRon Hromatko, Gene Patrick, Tony Scheu, Randy Bremer, Desiree Scheu, Denise Gonnerman (Scheu), Robyn Bremer, Monica Boswell and Michelle Schutzman (Boswell).
He had been hospitalized for 2 weeks fighting a battle with Covid-19 at the Lakes Regional Medical Center in Spirit Lake, IA.
Norbert was a member of the Foundation for North American Wild Sheep (FNAWS) and Safari Club International.
