He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willard L. Talbert, Sr. and Ellen Lunette Talbert (Goodlander); his brother Wendell Talbert; his wife Mary Alice Williams; and his children, Marc, Ken, Linda and Cynthia. He was also cherished by his four children, 10 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
