It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert A. Ahlstrom (Ames, Iowa), who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Delbert W. Ahlstrom and Florence Ahlstorm (Cole); his wife Carolyn (Townswick); his sons, Andrew, Mark of Seattle, WA and Paul of Muscatine, IA.; and his siblings, Charles, Russel, Larry, Mary Palmquist, Barbara and Don.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be directed to Bethesda Lutheran Church or Luther Seminary, St. Paul, Minnesota.
