She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nell and Pauline Nell (Murken); and her brothers, Edmund, Donald and Orville Nell.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Marcella Nell of Boone; her nephews, David Nell of Idaho Falls and Bruce Nell (Nanette) of Fayetteville, Georgia; her niece Barbara Nelson of Johnston, Iowa; her great-nieces, Christy Quirk (PJ) of Durham, Jennifer Burke (Eli) of Athens, Georgia and Abbey Nelson of Seattle; her great-nephew Bradley Nelson of Johnston, Iowa; and also Felix Burke of Athens, Georgia..
