It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lyn Foshe of Ames, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Astrid Oppenheim (Betty) and Norris Oppenheim; and her brother Ronald Oppenheim. She is survived by: her daughters, Doreen Nervig, Mary Wheelock and Connie Hardin; her husband Earnie Foshe; her children, Scott Firnhaber and Julie Dowdy (Curt); her grandchildren, Aubrey Firnhaber, Gracey Harris, Kyle Porter and Wyatt Dowdy; and also, Connie Beard, Rob and Nick.

Sadly, her life ended on November 5, 2022, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames after several weeks of complications beginning with Covid pneumonia.
