She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jared Clark, Aleah Siefkas (Shawn), Chad Hadaway (Katie), David Clark (Jessica), Tracy Clark III (Catie), Tony Hadaway, Chelsey Clark, Anna Frey (Casey) and Alex Clark. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
