With heavy hearts, we announce the death of DeWayne L. Tesdall in Ames, Iowa, born in Story City, Iowa, who passed away on March 25, 2023 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of DeWayne L. Tesdall to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Tesdall and Gladys Tesdall (Johnson); his wife Debra Anderson of Boone, IA; his children, Ron Tesdall, Colin Tesdall and Valerie McClimon; and his sister Winona Moe.

He is survived by: his sons, Doran and Joel Tesdall (Linda) of Boone, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Ryan Tesdall, Erik Tesdall, Dawn Hemesath, Brandon McClimon, Dustin McClimon, Genna Tesdall, Brooke Tesdall, Laela Tesdall and Natalie Tesdall. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions may be directed towards the Iowa Chapter of the American Cancer Society in DeWayne's name.
