She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Albert Crouse Sr. and Eliza Catherine Crill. She is survived by: her husband Robert K Johnston; her children, Michelle of Minnesota and Stephen (Sue) of Illinois; her grandchildren, Macallister, Colten (Maddie) and Josiah; and her great grandchild Alice.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Suncrest Hospice, St. Jude's Childrens Hospital and Habitat for Humanity.
