It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Marie Jones of Ames, Iowa, born in Northboro, Iowa, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Franklin Eberle and Theresa Alice Rowse Eberle; her husband Leo; her son Rick; and her siblings, Geraldine, Louise and Walter.
She is survived by: her sons, Alan Jones (Dixie) of Forest City, David Jones (Joan) of Polk City and Jim Jones (Carol) of Appleton, Wisconsin. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
