She was predeceased by: her husband George. She is survived by: her daughter Deb Starr of Wellsburg; her grandchildren, Scott Starr (Carmen) of Wellsburg, Chad Starr (Amy) of Steamboat Rock and Allison Pohlman (Kirk) of Johnston, IA; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Starr, Chase Thompson (Scott), Lucas, Grace, Bo Starr (Chad), Quinn, Rubie and Sidny Pohlman (Allison). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
