It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricardo Bulalacao Victorio (Wahiawa, Hawaii), who passed away on December 27, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Francisca Victorio; and his children, Maria Criselda Reyes (Howard), Maria Anna Victorio (Troy Steckler), Ricardo Victorio (Victoria) and Tomasito Victorio (Maria Fe). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
