He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his children, Dee Ann Christensen, Robert Christensen, Chevis Burgess, Ace Burgess and Alika Lopes; and his siblings, Reynold Mershon (Paula), Paul Christensen (Wendy), Ocie Kuhaulua, Lilly Armitage and Billy Christensen (Chris). He is also survived by many Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Nephews and Nieces.
