He is survived by: his wife Mayumi Lidia-Hachiya of Hilo; his son Sean Lidia of Chiba, Japan; and his siblings, David Lidia (Larysa) of San Diego, James Lidia (Dixie) of Mesa, Arizona and Gail Carrell (Dwight) of Waddell, Arizona. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
