It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michie Nishimoto (Hilo, Hawaii), born in Papaikou, Hawaii, who passed away on April 30, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, William Choy Hee (Dee) of Laupahoehoe and Coleen Howard (Wayne) of Hilo; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Maglinti (Wayne) and Samuel "Ulu" Kamelamela Jr.. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, and numerous cousins.
