She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Brazier, Jr. and Ada Elliott Brazier; her husband Arthur Douglas McKinley; her son Arthur Joseph "Joe" McKinley; her great grandchildren, Jackson Christian Steger and John Evan Hurt; and her brother Russell Brazier.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Steger (Ronnie) of Milledgeville and Kay Sawyer (Hal) of Zebulon; and her grandchildren, Shanna Needham (Kevin), Jason Bleu Flournoy (Jennifer), Brantley Steger (Crystal), Chad Steger (Brenda) and Kayla Hurt (John). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
