She is survived by: her son Jason (Colleen Curphey); and her grandchildren, Rachel Curphey, Destaney Curphey, Hailey Curphey, Callyn Holden O'neal-Curphey, Maci Fowler, Liam Fowler and Michelle Alexander. She is also survived by 4 sons, 1 daughter; 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
