He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Blalock and Nellie Blalock; his sister Martha Gordon; and his son-in-law Roy McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Garner Blalock; his children, Wadra McCullough of Griffin, Gaye Durden (Gaynor) of Brooks and Tracy Kimbrell (Tommy) of Meansville; his grandchildren, Ashley Lux (Kevin), Blake Durden, Macy Mosher (Cody), Jacob McCullough (Lindsey), Bailey Kimbrell (Carlie) and Bryce Kimbrell; his great grandchildren, Cora Grace Lux, Max Lux, Elijah McCullough, Tessa McCullough and Hattie Mosher; and his sisters, Barbara Rowell of Roberta and Virginia Wise of Roberta. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
He also served on numerous boards, including The McIntosh Trail Council on Aging, and the Nelson Memorial Garden Club Foundation.
