It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Manley (Winterville, Georgia), born in Franklin, Georgia, who passed away on April 14, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lois Silvey and J. D. Manley. He is survived by: his siblings, Louise Ramsey of Hull and Stewart Manley of Acworth; and his wife Brenda Adams Manley.
Due to constraints of the coronavirus pandemic, a private graveside service will be held for the immediate family at Meadow Baptist Church Cemetery with with the Reverend Phillip Wages officiating.
